Repairs
We offer full service repairs and maintenance. We can do minor or major repairs. Ring sizing is available in White or Yellow Gold or Platinum starting at $75. There are additional charges for adding metal to a ring or other piece of jewelry. We need to inspect your piece before providing a pricing estimate. Prices are subject to change based on the actual service.
Appraisals
Appraisals are available for your insurance purposes. We have two GIA graduates on staff with over 40 years of experience to help with your jewelry appraisal needs. We recommend an appointment for appraisal services, but also accept walk-ins when time permits.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are what we do! Most custom orders take between 2-4 weeks depending on the design. We are also able to finish some custom orders in a few days; talk with us and we'll give you the scoop on how long it will take to get your dream ring in your hands. We only utilize conflict-free, responsibly sourced diamonds and gemstones. We also use recycled gold and platinum whenever possible.
Engraving
There are different fonts you can choose from. Please talk to one of our staff members and they can show you the fonts that are available. Special graphics can also be engraved if you provide the vector graphic. Engraving takes 1-2 business days.
Insurance
We recommend Jewelers Mutual Insurance. They offer competitive rates and great service in case your insured piece is damaged, lost or stolen. INTA Gems will provide an appraisal with engagement ring and loved pieces. You can apply online.
Financing
We offer 0% interest layaway plans on purchases from 1-6 months depending on in-stock items. We have partnered with Synchrony Bank for financing options. They offer 0% deferred interest rates if you make the minimum monthly payments. Potential clients need good to excellent credit, and the application can be filled out at our store. A valid government ID and major credit card is required to apply for this financing program. Accepted applicants will receive a credit line that can be used at INTA Gems & Diamonds or any Synchrony Partner.
